• The farm is located just minutes from Route 4, is within thirty minutes from Portsmouth, Manchester, and Concord, NH
• Eight large grass turnout paddocks
• 200' x 100' outdoor riding arena with natural footing

The Barn:

• Featuring Twenty - large matted box stalls, complete with individual insect repellant systems
• A 170' x 60' indoor arena that is well ventilated for those hot New England days
• Three grooming stations located directly off the indoor arena with easy access to the tack room

Amenities:

• Large climate controlled viewing room overlooking the indoor arena with a kitchenette
• Beautifully appointed tack room with built in saddle and bridle racks 
• Restrooms located off of both the tack room and viewing room
